What is the classification of 3c products and the information required for mandatory 3C certification
Regarding 3c certification, which is a regulatory method for product safety by customs, it is closely related to us. You can flip down the "CCC" logo on the back of your phone. So what kind of goods require 3C, and how can customs regulate 3C for different goods?
These are the products we often use around us, such as household appliances, computer products, children's peripherals, and so on. If you need to import a product, as long as you see the following markings on the domestic product, congratulations! The customs also have corresponding requirements for your imported goods!
But the good news is that the customs have different levels of supervision over a wide range of products that require 3C! Several common methods for 3C customs clearance are: mandatory 3C certification, exemption from 3C certification, and processing of 3C certification outside the directory!

Firstly, you must first apply on the CQC official website and submit the "3C Certification Intention Application Form".
Operating instructions:
When submitting the "CCC China Compulsory Product Certification Intention Application Form", the 3C certification applicant must also submit color photos (overall appearance, product nameplate) of the 3C certification application product and technical information (purpose, working principle, key parts, technical indicators or main components, scope of application, etc.) of the product.

Copy of the business license of the applicant for 3.3C certification
Copy of the organization code certificate of the 3C certification applicant (required when the 3C certification applicant is within China)
5. Product description file for applying for 3C certification (different from product description and product introduction, with standardized format)
6. Product assembly diagram, electrical schematic diagram or circuit diagram
7. List of Key Components and Materials
8. Explanation of differences between different models of products within the same application unit (3C certification application enterprises should first submit in the form of a form, and after review, they will issue a document in the specified format)
9. Declaration of Conformity (proof that the sample submitted by the enterprise is indeed produced by the enterprise itself)
10. Product nameplate
11.3C Certification Factory Review Questionnaire
12. Procedure documents, quality manuals, record forms, process flow charts, and work instructions of the production plant
13. CB report is within its validity period (if any)
14. Factory review report (if any) for passed testing or 3C certification (test report after passing the sample inspection)
15. Third Party Authorization Letter (if any)
After the work is accepted, samples will be arranged to be sent to the laboratory. The sample delivery standard is two sets each with the largest specifications and the most complex structure, and the inspection is completed
