matters needing attention
The SN/T 0370 "Regulations on the Inspection of Packaging for Export Dangerous Goods" series of standards includes three parts: general principles, performance inspection, and use identification. It has made clear regulations on the technical content and inspection procedures of coding, marking, performance inspection, and use identification of packaging for export dangerous goods. It is currently the most frequently used customs inspection and identification of packaging for export dangerous goods, based on the clearest inspection procedure standards, The inspection and supervision of packaging for exported dangerous goods has important guiding significance, and has played an important role in ensuring the safety of China's exported dangerous goods and promoting foreign trade.
On November 22, 2021, the General Administration of Customs officially released the SN/T 0370-2021 "Export Dangerous Goods Packaging Inspection Regulations" series of standards in Announcement No. 97 of 2021 (Announcement on the Issuance of 83 Industry Standards such as the "Construction Specifications for Designated Isolation and Quarantine Sites for Imported Pig Breeding"). This series of standards will be officially implemented on June 1, 2022.
Needs attention
1. For the labeling of environmentally hazardous substances, unless otherwise specified, packaging containing environmentally hazardous substances (UN3077 and UN3082) should be permanently labeled with a hazardous environmental label.
2. When the inner packaging of bag packaging is sealed with a rope tie, the gas inside the bag is discharged. The bag mouth is tightly wrapped twice with a rope, tied tightly and tied. Then, the bag mouth is folded downwards and tightly wrapped twice with a rope to tie and tie. If it is a double-layer bag, it should be layered and tightly tied according to this method.
