1. Material

 

Element Definition: Refers to the specific materials used to make a product.

 

 

 

For example, it can be reported as "iron", "alloy steel", "stainless steel", "non malleable cast iron", etc. It should not be simply declared as "steel", "steel", "non stainless steel", etc.

 

 

 

2. Processing method (forging, stamping, etc., whether further processing has been carried out)

 

Element Definition: Refers to the specific processing method that a product undergoes during the processing process.

 

 

 

For example, it can be declared as "polished after forging" or "stamped without further processing". It should not be simply declared as "forging", "stamping", etc.

 

 

 

3. Specifications

 

Element Definition: Refers to the size of a product, usually filled in as length, width, thickness, or diameter.

 

 

 

Different tax codes have different requirements for the declaration of specifications. For example, under item 73.03, it can be declared as "specification (inner diameter of the pipe)", while under item 73.04, it can be declared as "specification (outer diameter of the pipe)". Accurate declaration should be made according to the requirements in parentheses.

 

 

 

For example, it can be declared as "pipe inner diameter 34mm", "pipe outer diameter 60mm, wall thickness 5mm", etc. At the same time, attention should be paid not to omit the 'unit'.

 

 

 

4. Shape

 

Definition of elements: Refers to the form and appearance of an object.

 

 

 

The "shape" of goods under different tax codes has different declaration requirements, and declaration should be made according to the requirements in parentheses.

 

For example, it can be declared as "circular", "irregular shaped", etc.

 

 

 

5. Yield strength

 

Element Definition: Refers to the limit at which steel materials undergo yielding, that is, the stress that resists micro plastic deformation, in MPa.

 

 

 

For example, it can be reported as "400MPa", etc.
