Documents required for import: certificate of origin, plant inspection certificate, packing list, invoice, contract, waybill

 

 

 

Technical points:

 

1. Fresh fruits require high time requirements due to the use of forecast customs. Before the goods are shipped, a scanned copy of the documents needs to be submitted to us for review. Once there are no issues with the review, they can be used for declaration.

 

2. The original documents should be sent to Pudong Airport along with the goods, and then the original documents should be submitted to the customs inspection teacher for review. After tax payment and release, a physical and health inspection should be carried out. The physical and health inspection of fruits should be handled at Shangnong Batch (No. 2000 Shanghai South Road), and delivery to the customer can be arranged after the physical and health inspection is completed. The entire customs clearance time is approximately 40 minutes.

 

3. The customer found a New Zealand supplier we had previously worked with, introduced our company to the customer, and ultimately chose our company to operate.

 

4. During the operation, there were many issues with the scanned documents provided by foreign countries, and foreign countries did not actively cooperate with us in modifying them. Moreover, the goods have been arranged for shipment and will arrive at the airport the next day. But when the goods were transferred from Hong Kong, the original documents were unloaded in Hong Kong. After the goods arrived at Pudong Airport, it was found that there were no original documents. Finally, the airline was contacted to urgently arrange a flight from Hong Kong to send the original documents to Shanghai,

 

5. The final documents arrived around 3:00 pm and customs clearance work was completed around 4:00 pm. Then, we successfully arranged for a health inspection and arranged for a fleet to deliver the goods to the customer. The customer was also very satisfied with our service.
