Taiwan Automated Processing Center Equipment Import Declaration
Customer: XX Automation Co., Ltd
Goods: New processing center
Quantity: 2 units
Origin: Taiwan
Documents: wooden certificate, bill of lading, packing list, invoice, contract, mechanical and electrical certificate
Operating precautions and problems encountered:
Due to the fact that the Taiwan factory did not consider the possibility of customs inspection for new machines arriving in China, the location of the equipment nameplate was not indicated when packing the wooden boxes. The problem was resolved through timely communication with customers and suppliers.
2. After packing the wooden box, there was no indication on the box of what goods were contained.
3. Failure to secure large items during packing may result in damage to the machine if encountering unexpected situations such as typhoons during sea transportation.
4. During customs clearance, we encountered customs inspection (no nameplate was found on site) and price review. Based on the information and explanations provided by our on-site personnel, the goods were released at their original price the next day.
